City of Kutaisi, the Chairman of the Supreme Court met the journalists within the limits of transparency of justice.
On December 20, 2009, employers of press and up to 40 televisions of Western part of Georgia, heard the answers right from the Chairman of the Supreme Court.
Ongoing court reform, new Criminal Procedural Code, jurors court, Code of Ethics and rights of journalists during the court sessions – these are the short list of questions inquired by the representatives of media.
Malkhaz Guruli, the Chairman of Kutaisi Court of Appeal made speech on court statistical data of current year and other significant changes implemented at court. Levan Tevzadze, the newly appointed Chairman of Kutaisi City Court was also attending the meeting. After the meeting the New Year reception was held for journalists.
