The High Council of Justice proved the new forms of claim and counter claim

The final aim of the court reform is the implementation of rapid, effective and qualified justice. In order to achieve the above mentioned, precise functioning of courts, effective mechanize administration and improvement the rules of proceeding are of utmost important. The High Council of Justice periodically elaborates suggestions, which is directed for the improvement and better administration of proceedings.

According to the decision of the High Council of Justice, the application to the court is realized pursuant to the established forms of claim and counter claim. These forms helped citizens to give the legal form of their request and correspondingly, proceedings became more settled and improved.

According to the decision #1/456 of December 8, 2009, the High Council of Justice of Georgia proved the renewed forms of claim, appeal, cassation and counter claims on civil and administrative cases. In case of civil or administrative dispute, the appellation before the court is necessary according to the above mentioned renewed forms.
