1999 - 2005 - Judge at Tbilisi District Court;
Till 2004 – Chairperson of the Appellate Chamber for Administrative Law and Taxation Cases of the same Court in Tbilisi;
1998 Passed successfully the judges qualification exam. Has got relevant Certificate;
1992 - 1999 Inspector of the common department of the Supreme Court of Georgia, head of expedition. Since 1993 – Consultant at the department for legal informatics and systematization of legislation;
1991 - 1992 Freelance correspondent of the legal newspaper “Tskhovreba da Kanoni” (The Life and the Law);
1990 Graduated from Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Faculty of Law;
1996 Attended the TACIS training for developing state officers, has got relevant certificate;
1998 Attended a course in human rights, organized by the Raul Wallenberg Institute, has got relevant certificate;
2000-2005 Participated in various seminars on administrative law, humanitarian law. Attended trainings on judiciary ethics, human rights, civil law as a student and an expert in Bremen, Strasbourg, Stockholm, etc.;
2001 GYLA’s expert in Civil proceedings and administrative law; delivers a special course for students;
2002 Expert of judicial training centre in administrative law. Delivers a course for judges and assistants of judges;
