1998 Graduated from Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Faculty of Psychology;
1998 In parallel, studied on the Faculty of Art and Humanitarian Professions with the specialty of Law at Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University;
1999 Student of postgraduate study with distinction of psychology at the same University;
1999-2005 Worked on different legal positions for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia;
2005-2006 Deputy Head of the Sector of Legislative Activities and Relations with Parliament, Human Resources and Organizational Legal Provision Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; Head of Legal Provision for Organized Service, the same Department;
2006-2009 Head of the Legal Issues and Analytical Sector, Department of Organizational and Legal Provision of the High Council of Justice of Georgia;
2009-2011 Judge of Tbilisi Court of Appeal.
