On April 3, 2012, Konstantin Kublashvili, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, concluded the Memorandum of Understanding with the Rector of the Ilia University.
The Chairman of the Supreme Court delivered the public lecture for the students within the limits of the Memorandum.
The Memorandum of Understanding aims at promoting the qualified legal education, planning and implementing the joint programs, which are focused on legal researches, education activities and professional developments.
