About the Journal

Justice and Law is a scientific and practical journal in the field of law, published by the
Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgian Association of Judges. The journal was established
in 2010.
The journal’s International Standard Serial Number is ISSN 1512-259X. It is a biannual
periodical published in both print and electronic formats and is a peer-reviewed scientific
publication.
The journal publishes scholarly articles covering The major fields of law, including
constitutional, administrative, civil, and criminal law; public and private international law;
international human rights law; and other related areas of legal studies.
Justice and Law is abstracted and indexed in the Georgian Abstract Journal (GAJ) (E-ISSN 1987-5800).
The journal is an open-access scholarly publication. Its full-text articles are freely available on
the official website of the Supreme Court of Georgia and through Iverieli, the Digital Library
of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia.
