Peer Review and Ethics
The journal Justice and Law adheres to international principles of academic integrity, research ethics, and scholarly quality. All scholarly articles submitted to the journal undergo single-blind peer review, whereby the reviewer is aware of the author’s identity, while the reviewer’s identity remains confidential to the author. The peer-review process is conducted by independent specialists in the relevant field. The Editorial Board makes decisions regarding the publication of articles based on the reviewer’s (or reviewers’) recommendations.
The Editorial Board ensures: equal, impartial, and non-discriminatory treatment of authors and reviewers; the confidentiality of submitted materials; appropriate action in cases of violations of research ethics, including plagiarism, data falsification, and fabrication.
